Visit before surgery1
次の診察で手術の意思をK先生に伝えると具体的な話へと進んでいきました。まず手術日を決定し入院日も決まります。
前回はおちん○んの話で盛り上がっていたが、その日は夫が同席していなかったせいかK先生は必要なことだけを話してくれました。性的なことは男同士だとやっぱり話しやすいのでしょう。
そのあとそのまま術前検査を受けることになりました。検査の内容は
・子宮がん検診
・血液検査（試験管６本分！）
・尿検査
・レントゲン（胸部・腹部）
・エコー（胸部・腹部）
・心電図
それから麻酔科医の先生から全身麻酔について10分ほどお話があり（イケメン医師でした♡）、
吐き気など副作用の説明もありました。
その後、入院の手続きをするために入院受付に案内されました。まず個室か大部屋かを選択します。料金が全く違いました。
無料の大部屋も一応ありますが男女混合のお部屋で冷蔵庫もついていないらしい。男女混合はさすがにちょっと考えられませんでした。私が選んだのは1日3300円の４人部屋。個室の方がいいのでは..と両親や夫にも言われていましたが、ひとりより誰かの気配を感じていた方が安心できるような気がしたのです。あとはお値段もね。
いっぱい血を抜かれて帰る頃にはどっと疲れていました。
いよいよ始まった。いきなり始まった。
次にK先生に会う日は手術の１週間前なのか…。お会計は12470円でした。
At my next appointment, I told Dr. K that I had decided to have the surgery, and we set the date for the surgery. Last time, we had been talking about penises, but maybe because my husband wasn’t with me that day , Dr. K only told me what was necessary. It’s easier to talk when you’re with other men. That day, I went in for a pre-op test. The tests included: – Cervical cancer screening – Blood test (6 test tubes’ worth!) – Urine test – X-ray (chest and abdomen) – Ultrasound (chest and abdomen) – Electrocardiogram.Then the anesthesiologist gave me a 10 minute talk about general anesthesia (he was a handsome doctor ♡) and explained side effects such as nausea.
After that, I was guided to the admission reception to complete the admission procedure. First, I chose whether I wanted a private room or a shared room. The prices were completely different.
Private room: From 21,000 yen/day
2-person room: 8,800 yen/day
4-person room: 3,300 yen/day
There are free shared rooms, but they are mixed-gender rooms and apparently don’t even have refrigerators. I couldn’t imagine being in a mixed-gender room. I chose a 4-person room for 3,300 yen/day. My parents and husband told me that a private room would be better, but I felt that I would feel more secure if I could feel the presence of someone around me rather than being alone. And then there was the price. I was exhausted by the time I got home after having all my blood drawn. It had finally begun. It had started suddenly. The next time I will see Dr. K was one week before the surgery. The bill was 12,470 yen.
