症状がまだ進行していない頃
仕事中や長時間歩くときなどは
これがあるとないでは全く違いました。
手術前のステージ４の段階になると
もうどれをつけても出てきてしまって
どうにもならなかったけれど、
それまでは随分と助けてもらいました。
つけ心地が悪くて
違和感や痛みを感じたりするものもあるので
それはすぐにやめてしまいました。

I have tried many different types of underwear, belts, supports, etc. to tighten the pelvis. Before the symptoms had progressed, it made a huge difference whether I had this or not when I was at work or walking for long periods of time. When I reached stage 4 before the surgery, the pain would come out no matter what I wore and I couldn’t do anything about it, but these products helped me a lot up until then. Some products were uncomfortable to wear and caused discomfort and pain, so I stopped using them right away. I’d like to introduce the products that were the most comfortable for me!
